Our mission with WTF Real Estate is to fund housing for Homeless Veterans. WTF Real Estate’s founder, Remi Briand, is a veteran himself and has always had a dream goal of helping out his Brothers and Sisters in any way possible. So we have launched this company in hopes of fulfilling that dream and working towards solving the issue of Homeless Veterans.

When approved for WTF, all referrals and leads are sent to one agent only. When you receive referrals or leads you will never be competing against multiple realtors.

Unlike our competition, WTF does not charge Realtors to use our services. However, WTF does a thorough screening of all Realtors before being approved including, but not limited to – experience, background checks and a professional dive into making sure there are zero ethical violations against the agent. WTF also takes pride in the ONE to ONE Realtor to customer experience meaning WTF will only send ONE agent to the customer to eliminate the frustration of getting multiple calls a day from numerous Realtors.
